About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, revenue-generating product offerings tailored to our core customer verticals. This role requires a blend of customer insights, go-to-market strategies, and platform development expertise.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap for core business units
Own the lifecycle of key product initiatives from inception to launch
Gather feedback from strategic customers to inform product direction
Define business models, pricing packages, & other commercial standards
Help steer the growth of our product & engineering organization
What We're Looking For
8+ years in product management, forward deployed engineering, or a hybrid customer-facing technical role
Proven ability to translate customer complexity into modular, scalable product solutions
Strong technical fluency, allowing for deep collaboration with engineers on system tradeoffs and building scalable infrastructure
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders across functions
Bias for action and ownership; thrives in ambiguity and can drive clarity through structured thinking

$250,000 - $300,000 depending on experience + equity + benefits
