About the Opportunity:The STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, AI SOFTWARE FACTORY PLG, is responsible for shaping the developer experience around AI-powered software creation within the platform. This senior product leader drives the strategy and adoption of AI-enhanced developer tools, focusing on seamless discovery, onboarding, and sustained use by individual developers and teams, thus enabling broader organizational engagement. Responsibilities:Define and maintain a 12 to 18-month product strategy for the AI Software Factory segment, prioritizing customer adoption and growth.Own the customer adoption journey from discovery and onboarding to retention and expansion.Identify and address friction points across user, administrator, and buyer experiences to enhance value realization.Establish outcome metrics, utilize data and customer feedback, and manage experiments to assess product impact.Implement a test-and-learn approach with clear hypotheses and share insights across teams. Requirements:Experience leading complex technical or multi-team products through strategy, delivery, and iteration.Proven success in enterprise B2B product-led growth with measurable impact on adoption metrics.Proficient in customer research, analytics, funnel and cohort analysis, and experimentation.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and experience with AI products, developer tools, or technical B2B software.Technical judgment and ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate decisions in ambiguous contexts.
