Staff Product Manager, AI Software Factory PLG
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI Software Factory PLG to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the strategy and execution for a product-led growth motion that accelerates adoption across technical users and expands engagement over time. You will focus on removing friction in the customer journey, increasing team-wide usage, and translating feedback and data into meaningful product improvements. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to define measurable outcomes and guide experiments that improve value realization in a complex software environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define a 12-18 month product strategy focused on customer adoption and growth
- Own the full adoption journey from discovery to team-wide usage
- Identify and prioritize friction points in user journeys to enhance value realization
- Set and measure outcomes for product initiatives using data and customer feedback
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of product management experience in complex technical environments
- Proven success in enterprise B2B product-led growth with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with customer research and product analytics
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI products
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in ambiguous situations

Pay
Compensation: $168,000 – $285,600 annually
