Staff Product Manager - Agentic Platform

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager - Agentic Platform to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for a highly technical AI platform focused on agent execution, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering and technical stakeholders to define platform standards, improve developer experience, and drive reliable self-service adoption. This position is central to building foundational infrastructure that enables scalable planning, task execution, and observability across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for agent execution and workflow orchestration systems
• Establish APIs and tooling standards for consistent agent application development
• Develop self-service registration systems for tools and services within the AI platform
• Create SDKs and tooling to enhance developer experience and speed up adoption
• Define requirements for platform reliability, debugging, and operational excellence
• Build foundational capabilities for planning and task execution in multi-agent systems
• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to drive platform innovations

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, particularly in AI, Infrastructure, or Developer Platforms
• Experience with complex, highly technical products requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Strong background in building AI platforms, orchestration systems, and workflow engines
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical stakeholders, including engineers and executives
• Deep understanding of agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI observability

Pay

$191,833 – $262,355 annually
