About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own LiveKit's Agent Observability product. This includes how teams understand, debug, and trust what their voice agents do in production. The product is central to our strategy, valuable to customers, and still in its infancy.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and roadmap for the observability suite, including traces, recordings, dashboards, evaluations, and quality metrics.
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to build and ship the product.
  • Design the product to serve two audiences: technical engineers debugging issues and non-technical operators reviewing quality, cost, and agent behavior.
  • Understand how teams run and debug agents in production and use that knowledge to shape priorities.
  • Drive adoption and revenue so our observability revenue reflects the real value it delivers to customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a senior or staff role.
  • Technical depth, able to reason about complex systems and earn the trust of engineers.
  • Multi-persona product sense, able to build for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, able to guide through clarity, trust, and good judgment.
  • Effective communication, able to write clearly and present well across various levels of detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize and move quickly without perfect information.

Qualifications

  • Built an observability, monitoring, or analytics product, or a tool for evaluating and improving AI/LLM quality.
  • Familiarity with evals, tracing, or quality measurement for AI/LLM or agent systems.
  • Experience with usage-based pricing models.
  • Background at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
  • Experience with voice AI, real-time communication, or telephony.

Skills

  • Product management expertise.
  • Technical depth and ability to reason about complex systems.
  • Ability to design for multiple user personas.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and move quickly.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Flexible vacation policy.

Pay

Competitive salary and equity package.
