Staff Product Manager, Advertiser Recommendations & Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the advertiser recommendations platform
  • Define the intelligence layer to surface recommendations and incentives for advertisers
  • Build data-backed recommendation systems for campaign performance
  • Design targeted incentive programs to enhance advertiser engagement
  • Collaborate with ads product teams and other stakeholders across departments
  • Work with Measurement and Engineering to create scalable recommendation logic
  • Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to improve recommendations
  • Engage with advertisers to understand pain points and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8+ years in consumer or digital advertising products, with experience in advertiser-facing or growth products
  • Familiarity with SMC advertiser tiers
  • Strong data fluency, including SQL expertise
