Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the advertiser recommendations platform
- Define the intelligence layer to surface recommendations and incentives for advertisers
- Build data-backed recommendation systems for campaign performance
- Design targeted incentive programs to enhance advertiser engagement
- Collaborate with ads product teams and other stakeholders across departments
- Work with Measurement and Engineering to create scalable recommendation logic
- Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to improve recommendations
- Engage with advertisers to understand pain points and identify opportunities
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 8+ years in consumer or digital advertising products, with experience in advertiser-facing or growth products
- Familiarity with SMC advertiser tiers
- Strong data fluency, including SQL expertise
