Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers of all sizes plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaigns.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations to define, align on, and ship improvements for both self-serve and managed advertisers, across global markets.
- Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Build solutions to drive product-led growth of revenue and high priority advertiser features.
- Explore and ship AI features to help advertisers get customer support, reporting, recommendations, and eventually take action on their behalf.
Requirements
- Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing: Understanding of performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing) and how creative impacts performance.
- Strong product discovery skills: Comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams: Driving alignment and shipping products with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: Bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and moving quickly while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Excellent communication of complex topics: Explaining technical concepts and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and driving clear decisions.
- Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive high-velocity product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
