For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.
About the role
You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve functionalities in Ads Manager for diverse advertisers
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to enhance self-serve and managed advertiser tools
- Conduct research and customer interviews to inform product requirements and roadmaps
- Develop solutions that drive revenue growth and prioritize advertiser features
- Implement AI-driven features to support advertisers with recommendations and actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of performance ad concepts like optimization goals and creative testing
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful product launches
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with clarity and decisiveness
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI tools for research and prototyping
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Pay
$120,000 – $160,000 annually
