Staff Product Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

The role is part of a team focused on building trustworthy AI solutions. This position involves developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Conduct research in reinforcement learning and semantic search
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable infrastructure
• Support the implementation of trust-building mechanisms in AI systems
• Perform quality control and observability tasks to ensure system reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and semantic search
• Experience with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred
• Experience with Kubernetes and Airflow
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Kinesis and Amazon Web Services
• Experience with Apache Spark and Apache Kafka

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and related libraries
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud services
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
