Staff Product Designer, Document Cloud Mobile Ecosystem and Strategy
About the role
The Document Cloud Mobile Design team is seeking a systems thinker with deep expertise in iOS and Android. This role involves shaping how millions of people interact with documents, signatures, and AI-powered productivity on mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Steward a cohesive systems strategy across Document Cloud mobile properties, defining and communicating vision clearly and inspiring teams to rally around it.
- Listen deeply to customers, identifying friction points and opportunities for simplification in complex user experiences.
- Move fluidly between concept development and execution, using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to refine designs based on feedback and research.
- Partner closely with engineering to explore emerging technologies and with product, executives, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across different mobile pillars to ensure alignment on strategy, extend design patterns, and enhance coherence throughout the mobile ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping iOS and Android apps, with a strong focus on visual design and systems thinking.
- Proven track record of leading design efforts for complex products and scaling their launch.
- Expertise in Figma and proficiency with modern prototyping and AI-assisted design tools.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing across various disciplines and seniority levels.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working across diverse teams and areas of expertise.
- College degree or equivalent practical experience in design, with a focus on graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Experience designing for mobile productivity, AI-first applications, and/or voice-led experiences.
- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and the ability to apply WCAG conformance criteria in design.
- Experience with accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP is a plus.

Expected Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range is $189,400 - $274,300.
