About the role
This is a high-agency, high-impact IC role within Unify's Product Design team. Reporting to Joel Califa, VP of Design, you'll lead one of Unify's core product areas and help shape the DNA of an early-stage, high-velocity EPD org that's building with the leading edge of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Drive product strategy by working closely with leadership to define strategy, outcomes, and practical roadmaps for your area and the platform at large.
- Tame the frontier by leading the transformation of a complex, multi-primitive platform (data, signals, actions, sequencing, AI assistance, etc.) into coherent mental models and approachable workflows for GTM teams.
- Own one of our core product areas end-to-end, figuring out user needs, breaking down big rocks, and designing intuitive systems, flows, and interfaces.
- Define clear problems and success metrics, then lead your team in delivering those.
- Design non-gimmicky AI-first workflows, exploring how AI can make prospecting, prioritization, personalization, and follow-through easier and more effective.
Who You Are
- Thrives in small, fast teams and enjoys seeing your work materialize.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and enjoys working hard.
- Highly strategic, business-minded, and comfortable tying work back to metrics, outcomes, and a larger product vision.
- Comfortable owning a whole workstream and able to explain why a design decision matters for users and for the business.
- Self-aware, curious, and always looking to grow.
- Genuinely enjoys supporting the people around you and likes being around other kind people.
