Key Responsibilities
- Product Design & AI Innovation
- Lead end-to-end design for new AI-powered features—from problem framing to polished UI.
- Translate complex accounting and audit workflows into clear, elegant interactions that feel effortless.
- Prototype intelligent agent experiences that blend automation, context awareness, and transparency.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to shape conversational flows, confidence indicators, and user feedback loops.
- Balance innovation with accountability—ensuring AI-driven features enhance trust, not undermine it.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
- 8 - 12 years of experience designing for complex SaaS products, with significant 0→1 or platform work.
- Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces).
- Deep mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens).
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience with prompt-based interaction design or conversational UI.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks, design tokens, or semantic versioning.
- Previous work in accounting, fintech, or compliance-driven B2B SaaS.
- Passion for designing AI experiences that prioritize trust, clarity, and user agency.
