Responsibilities

  • Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across a platform or large product ecosystem.
  • Establish north star visions, experience principles, and interaction models that scale across teams.
  • Architect cross-product journeys, workflows, and information architecture, ensuring consistency and coherence.
  • Identify opportunities to unify fragmented experiences into a single, opinionated platform experience.
  • Lead design for ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces where no clear solution exists.
  • Translate company strategy into clear design direction and roadmaps.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Use prototypes as the primary tool for strategy, validation, and communication.
  • Push boundaries with AI-assisted design, adaptive interfaces, and intelligent workflows.
  • Explore and define new interaction paradigms (AI copilots, automation, predictive UX).
  • Guide teams on when and how to leverage Figma Make, code-based prototyping, and AI tools.
