Staff Platform Engineer

About The Role

You will own the architecture of CYBERIA's internal developer platform — the substrate that lets our consulting partners ship to production in hours, not weeks.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-cluster Kubernetes topologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Build golden paths in Backstage, Crossplane, and Argo
• Drive zero-trust networking with Istio + SPIFFE workload identity
• Define and enforce policy-as-code via OPA and Kyverno
• Mentor senior engineers and set technical direction

Requirements

• 8+ years in platform / SRE / infrastructure engineering
• Deep Kubernetes expertise — operators, CRDs, multi-tenant isolation
• Production experience with service mesh and policy engines
• Strong opinions, loosely held — and the writing skills to share them
