About The Role You will own the architecture of CYBERIA's internal developer platform — the substrate that lets our consulting partners ship to production in hours, not weeks. Responsibilities Design multi-cluster Kubernetes topologies across AWS, Azure, and GCPBuild golden paths in Backstage, Crossplane, and ArgoCDDrive zero-trust networking with Istio + SPIFFE workload identityDefine and enforce policy-as-code via OPA and KyvernoMentor senior engineers and set technical direction Requirements 8+ years in platform / SRE / infrastructure engineeringDeep Kubernetes expertise — operators, CRDs, multi-tenant isolationProduction experience with service mesh and policy enginesStrong opinions, loosely held — and the writing skills to share them Benefits Top-of-market compensation + meaningful equityHybrid SF — three days in office, two remote$5,000 annual learning + conference budgetPremium health, dental, vision; generous parental leave
