Staff PIC Test SW Dev Engineer

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Lead PIC test SW architecture / infrastructure improvement and innovation
• Lead test station automation and hardware control SW development (e.g. vision system, electrical/optical probe positioning and calibration, test SW revision control, and so on)
• Lead SW migration between platforms (LabVIEW, Python, MatLab, C#, C++)
• Lead a small but creative SW team
• Mentor less SW experienced engineers or new hires in their work with the existing code base

Knowledge & Experience: Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
