Staff Physician – Venice Family Clinic

Job Duties

• Evaluates, treats, and makes appropriate diagnostic and specialty referrals for patients.
• Provides leadership and expertise on medical and patient care issues.
• Ensures volunteers understand Venice Family Clinic procedures and provide continuity of care for patients.
• Works cooperatively with Clinic departments including nursing, pharmacy, clinic coordinators, and Mental Health staff.
• Supports flexibility in days and hours for clinical care, including evenings.

Job Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
• At least 3 years of experience in family medicine or a related field.
• Experience with volunteer medical providers and their orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. Salary range: $235,000.00-$250,000.00 Annual

Pay

$123,500 - $302,600 Annually
