Staff Physician Full Time

AFC Urgent Care is the leading Urgent Care brand with over 300 locations nationwide offering high quality patient-centered healthcare. The state-of-the-art centers focus on episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week with on‑site lab and x‑ray. We are seeking a Full‑Time Staff Physician to join our team in San Diego, California.

Requirements

• Unrestricted medical license in California
• DEA Certificate
• At least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting
• Able to treat patients of all ages and comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses)
• Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts

Pay

Hourly rate: $120 – $140 per hour (depending on experience). Additional bi‑weekly bonuses based on patient‑volume thresholds.

Schedule

Scheduling options include 8‑10 shifts per month: 8 am – 8 pm weekdays and 8 am – 5 pm weekends. Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts is required.
