Staff Pharmacist Full Time

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and counseling
• Oversee pharmacy operations and performance during bench shifts
• Fulfill the Pharmacy Manager's duties when the primary pharmacist is unavailable
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures
• Deliver immunizations and empower technicians to provide immunizing services
• Manage pharmacy inventory while adhering to best practices
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and pharmacy standards

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years experience in pharmacy, retail, or customer service (preferred)
• Flexibility to work at various locations as needed

Compensation

$124,800 – $158,080 annually
