About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and counseling
- Oversee pharmacy operations and performance during bench shifts
- Fulfill the Pharmacy Manager's duties when the primary pharmacist is unavailable
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures
- Deliver immunizations and empower technicians to provide immunizing services
- Manage pharmacy inventory while adhering to best practices
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and pharmacy standards
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years experience in pharmacy, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- Flexibility to work at various locations as needed
Compensation
$124,800 – $158,080 annually
