About the role

Responsibilities

- Provides comprehensive medical care to residents of the community. - Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings. - Conducts regular assessments and reviews of resident health conditions. - Prescribes medications and manages treatment plans. - Maintains accurate and confidential records of patient care.

Requirements

- Requires a medical degree from an accredited program, completion of a primary care residency program, with Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice. - Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience required. - Candidates with geriatric fellowship training are preferred.

Qualifications

- Eligible for licensure in the state of Virginia. - Current DEA license. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$210,000- $265,000 per year (Includes Base + Bonus + Incentive)
