Staff Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

This is a unique opportunity for a Staff Physical Therapist to support two growing clinic locations in Oneonta, AL and Kimball, TN. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment, values flexibility, and is excited to build relationships with patients and staff across both communities.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative care, joint, spine, and sport-specific rehab.
• Provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological, dizziness, and balance disorders.
• Collaborate with a strong, collaborative team of physical therapists to support one another and celebrate shared success.
• Deliver exceptional care by keeping caseloads appropriate and ensuring ample time and tools for patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and support special interest development across various therapy services.
• Grow professionally within the company, potentially into clinical instruction, leadership roles, or launching new clinics.

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state physical therapist license.
