About the role

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and offer medication counseling.
• Administer immunizations and participate in health programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Guide and model excellent customer service to pharmacy staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of an accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care, patient relationship building, and compliance with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and engage in community outreach.
