About the Role

The Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, and administering immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Advise customers on healthcare and medication concerns.
• Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Lead and model excellent customer service for pharmacy staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs and medical concerns.
• Enthusiasm for community engagement and outreach.
