Staff Pharmacist - Inpatient
Position Purpose
Maintains the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals through proper storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with state and federal regulations and departmental policies.
What You Will Do
- Maintains proper records, documentation, and provides complete communication as appropriate.
- Follows department guidelines with regard to clinical interventions and provides drug information as required and/or requested.
- Supervises pharmacy technicians and maintains efficient workflow of the area they are working in.
- Advises other healthcare professionals on drug interactions, incompatibilities, side effects, and proper administration of medications.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy Degree preferred.
- Massachusetts Pharmacist License.
- Board Certification preferred.
- PGY1 Residency training preferred.
Position Highlights And Benefits
- Full time 32 hours per week on evenings.
- Shift and weekend differentials apply.

- Salary range: $100,776 - 161,200 based on experience, skills, and education.
