Staff Pharmacist II-Specialty OP Pharmacy-FT Variable Shift
Required Qualifications
- Possession of the legal requirements for the practice of pharmacy as determined by the CA Board of Pharmacy
- Current knowledge of drug references, specialty pharmacy accreditation (URAC, ACHC, etc.) requirements, and other regulatory standards
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- CA Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist licensure in good standing
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to extract pertinent information from the patient or other sources and relate it to the patient’s medical management plan
Preferred Qualifications
- MTM experience
- Certified Specialty Pharmacist Certificate
- Accreditation related Patient Management Program experience
- Ability to operate Willow Ambulatory (WAM) computer system to process and verify prescriptions
