Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

About the role

A Staff Pharmacist provides direct patient care, counseling, prescription processing, and immunizations in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. They act as community leaders, advocating for patient-centered care, building relationships, and addressing diverse health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately
• Administer immunizations
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality
• Lead by example in customer service
• Guide pharmacy staff
• Engage in community outreach and wellness events
• Use data and community insights to improve health outcomes and stay current on health issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or PharmD degree
• Valid pharmacy license
• Completion of immunization training
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and community pharmacy practices
• Strong communication, judgment, adaptability, and leadership abilities
