Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Position Overview

The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, processes prescriptions, and counsels customers on healthcare and medication needs. They administer immunizations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, they model customer service excellence for pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling.
• Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA and PHI.
• Guide and support pharmacy team members in delivering quality customer care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD with a valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care practices and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Adaptability to address diverse patient needs and medical concerns.
• Enthusiasm for community engagement and outreach efforts.
