About the role

A Staff Pharmacist provides patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling, administering immunizations, and fostering community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with diverse patients, ensuring accurate medication management and health guidance.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, modeling excellent customer service and compliance with policies.
  • Support business operations through inventory control, cost savings, and regulatory adherence.
  • Promote safety, quality assurance, and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Engage in community outreach, wellness events, and health education activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; active pharmacy license.
  • Completion of accredited immunization training.
