Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time)

About the Role

A Staff Pharmacist delivers patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling, administering immunizations, and supporting community health initiatives. They serve as community leaders, foster patient relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on medication and health concerns, ensuring accurate dispensing and counseling.
• Create a culture of safety, quality, and compliance through monitoring, documentation, and adherence to policies.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, modeling excellent customer service and operational practices.
• Engage in community outreach and health education activities.
• Support business operations, including inventory control, cost management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and adaptability skills.
