Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Role Summary

The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. They model excellent customer service, foster community engagement, and support pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions accurately
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medication
• Administer immunizations and participate in health programs
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance
• Guide and model customer service for pharmacy staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license
• Completion of ACPE-accredited immunization training
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Adaptability to patient needs and community involvement
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI regulations
