Staff Pharmacist 503A (2nd shift)

Empower Pharmacy · Houston, TX · 4 wk ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description about company and mission; we can treat that as "About the role" or maybe "About Empower Pharmacy". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need headings for sections that have real content. We have: - About the role / company overview: The first paragraph(s) describing Empower Pharmacy, mission, values, etc. That's substantive. - Position Summary: Could be part of About the role or separate. We could include as part of About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Clinical Verification & Patient Safety, Dispensing Operations & Workflow Execution, Regulatory Compliance & Quality Discipline, Technology & AI-Enabled Performance). Those are subheadings within responsibilities but we can treat each bullet as list items? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to produce a
list of duties. The responsibilities section includes paragraphs with headings like "Clinical Verification & Patient Safety" then bullet-like sentences. We could flatten into list items each duty. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep the headings as part of list items? Probably better to keep headings as inside
    • or just include them as part of text. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should produce a
          where each
        • corresponds to a duty. Could include multiple sentences inside each
        • . That satisfies. - Knowledge and Skills: list of skills. Could be a
list. - Experience and Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be a
. - Key Competencies: list of competencies. Could be a
. - Employee Benefits, Health and Wellness: description of benefits. Could be a
list. - Physical Requirements: description; could be a

(not a list). Could also be a

but it's prose. We should not include sections like Pay or Schedule because not mentioned. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

                    About the role

Empower Pharmacy is a visionary healthcare company ... (the paragraph(s) about company, mission, values, etc.)

                    Responsibilities

                    • Clinical Verification & Patient Safety: Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions, ensuring dosing accuracy, labeling precision, allergy review, interaction screening, and regulatory documentation before medication release. Evaluate prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, identify dosing or formulation risks, communicate with prescribers for clarification, and document interventions clearly. Maintain uncompromising patient safety standards by identifying discrepancies, preventing dispensing errors, and enforcing clinical safeguards throughout verification processes.
                    • Dispensing Operations & Workflow Execution: Monitor dispensing queues continuously, prioritize urgent prescriptions, maintain turnaround expectations, and balance verification speed with uncompromising clinical accuracy under pressure. • Technology & AI-Enabled Performance: Leverage AI-assisted verification tools and clinical decision support systems to strengthen accuracy, accelerate verification, and reduce cognitive workload. Analyze operational dashboards and error reports to detect safety trends, improve verification quality, and inform targeted operational adjustments. Champion pharmacy technology adoption, including barcode systems, automation platforms, and digital workflow improvements that modernize dispensing operations.

                    Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. Employees are regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

We need to ensure we didn't include any heading with filler like "Pay" or "Schedule". Good. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Not present. Check that we preserved all substantive information: we included company overview, position summary? Actually we omitted the explicit "Position Summary" paragraph. The position summary is: "The Staff Pharmacist serves as the final clinical authority responsible for verifying, releasing, and safeguarding compounded medications that impact thousands of patients daily. Operating within the largest 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy in the world, this role combines clinical judgment, operational discipline, and regulatory precision to ensure every prescription meets uncompromising safety and compliance standards. The pharmacist drives verification excellence, mentors technicians, and removes workflow barriers while maintaining throughput in a high-growth, high-volume environment. Success requires decisive thinking, learning agility, and the willingness to leverage AI-enabled verification tools, automation systems, and data insights as force multipliers that elevate accuracy, productivity, and patient safety at scale." We need to include that somewhere. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Position Summary". Since we have About the role already, we could incorporate that paragraph into About the role

. Let's merge: About the role

includes company overview and position summary. That would preserve. Thus adjust About the role paragraph to include both. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Empower Pharmacy is a visionary healthcare company dedicated to making quality, affordable medication accessible to millions of patients nationwide. As the nation’s most advanced 503A compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility, we’re redefining what’s possible in personalized medicine and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Position Summary: The Staff Pharmacist serves as the final clinical authority responsible for verifying, releasing, and safeguarding compounded medications that impact thousands of patients daily. Operating within the largest 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy in the world, this role combines clinical judgment, operational discipline, and regulatory precision to ensure every prescription meets uncompromising safety and compliance standards. Success requires decisive thinking, learning agility, and the willingness to leverage AI-enabled verification tools, automation systems, and data insights as force multipliers that elevate accuracy, productivity, and patient safety at scale." That's a long paragraph but okay. Now ensure we didn't miss any other content: The "Knowledge and Skills" section we captured. The "Experience and Qualifications" we captured. The "Key Competencies" we captured. The "Employee Benefits, Health and Wellness" we captured as Benefits. The "Physical Requirements" we captured. We omitted the line "Learn more: https://careers.empowerpharmacy.com/benefits/" which is a link; it's part of benefits but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link to learn more; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's a link for more info. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This link is not exactly application instruction but could be considered navigation. Safer to omit it. We already omitted. Check for duplicated lines: none. Now produce final HTML fragment. Make
