About the Role
Assists in provision of nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and center policies. Ideal candidate will cross-train to preop admitting, recovery of surgery patients, and preadmission testing nurse team. No weekends, no call requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- Current state RN License
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification required within 180 days of hire
- Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative and/or post-operative surgical patient care
