Staff Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and diagnose common illnesses
• Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans with patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests for treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and therapies per evidence-based guidelines
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for patient encounters
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Provide education and support for healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with MSN or DNP
• Active ANCC or AANP Board Certification
• 5+ years clinical experience as Nurse Practitioner in primary care
• No disciplinary actions in the last 5 years
• Licensure in at least 3 states required, preference for TX, NC, MI, or NY
