Staff Nurse NICU Per Diem Nights

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse (RN) at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, planning, and implementing effective plans of care
• Communicating with patients and their families
• Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition/response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Utilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient care
• Effectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests, and critical test values

Job Essentials

• Minimum 2 years' level 3 or higher NICU experience required.

Education Requirements

• BSN required.

Pay

The minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law is $58.14. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
