Staff Neurologist

About the role

The role involves providing comprehensive Neurology services within a VA healthcare system, including outpatient and inpatient care, consults, and emergency responses. The physician will document patient encounters, perform neurologic procedures such as NCS/EMG, EEG interpretation, and botox administration, based on their expertise and credentialing. The position offers flexibility with telework options and emphasizes a patient-centered approach to veteran care.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and educating neurology residents and medical students during rotations
• Ensuring quality care and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in neurology
• Experience with neurologic procedures (NCS/EMG, EEG interpretation, botox administration)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
