About the Role
The Staff Manufacturing NPI Engineer supports the execution of new product introductions through hands-on manufacturing support, rapid response to design changes, and strong technical ownership of assembly and integration activities. This role is ideal for engineers experienced in precision builds who thrive in fast-moving development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support NPI execution for optical and metrology systems during engineering and pilot builds.
- Execute and refine assembly, integration, and test processes.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, build travelers, and process flows.
- Adapt quickly to late-stage design changes while maintaining build quality and schedule.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during builds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting new product development in manufacturing
- Strong technical problem-solving and hands-on execution skills

Pay
Base Salary Range: $112,000.00 - $168,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
