About the role
The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will play a pivotal role in establishing TFH's presence in the United States. They will be responsible for contributing to the technical direction and best practices for our infrastructure in the region. Key responsibilities include hands-on systems administration, building reliable automation, and contributing to the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust infrastructure for the World project in the US
- Build and manage automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
- Contribute to the SRE practice, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems
- Engage in continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and tools
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a senior infrastructure engineer
- Strong foundation in systems engineering, including hands-on experience with Linux, networking, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Proactive and thoughtful problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, especially with a distributed team

Pay
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $276,500 - $300,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
