About the role

Tria Federal is seeking a Staff I Consultant to join its team of healthcare consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields. Candidates should demonstrate a working understanding of business processes and/or operations within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the client organization, strategic goals, governance structure, and overall client environment.
  • Conducts analysis to identify market and other macro trends that impact client business operations, and shares this knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriate.
  • Participates within project teams and may lead tasks.
  • Sets and adheres to defined work plans while maintaining all established timelines and deliverable deadlines.
  • Assists in developing effective internal and external presentations and facilitates client and internal team meetings.
  • Affords clients and internal team members timely and accurate communication and documentation of client communications.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience required, preferably in a federal consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge and a working understanding of business processes and/or operations within the healthcare industry (commercial or federal).
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight time frames.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Additional Qualifications

  • Successful experience creating professional, executive-level products using Microsoft tools.
  • Successful experience with professional virtual presentations.
  • Successful experience in directly supporting healthcare leaders to accomplish their strategic and professional goals.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • An ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
