Staff Growth Designer

Responsibilities

Own paid creative end-to-end with a learnings-first mindset. Design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Build a living library of creative intelligence. Capture learnings and document them in a way that compounds and informs future work.

Drive deeper business impact, not brand moments. Focus on incremental, measurable performance, not just top-of-funnel awareness plays. Define what good looks like for growth creative at Superhuman and set the bar for the team as it scales.

Own platform partnerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners at Meta, Google, and TikTok, leveraging their creative insights, emerging technology programs, and performance data to inform your work and give Superhuman an edge. Partner closely with Growth and Data to translate performance signals into creative direction and feed insights back into broader channel and funnel strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion spent in Growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition-focused creative roles.
• Demonstrable evidence of working in an iterative, experimental environment where progress trumps perfection.
• Deep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Understanding of platform-specific creative dynamics and formats, placements, and audiences.
• A growth team background. Experience building and documenting continuums of artifacts and learnings that compound over time, balancing user needs with company goals.
• Process and problem-obsessed. Excited by new technology and understanding how to leverage it to create efficient systems without sacrificing quality.
• Strong documentation and ability to synthesize insights. Proactive identification of opportunities to partner with marketing insights and user research to sharpen hypotheses.
• Experience partnering with reps at Meta, Google, or TikTok. Fluency in extracting value from these relationships.

Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
