Staff Fullstack Engineer, Core Analytics

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $331,000 annually

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to turn ideas into engineering solutions
• Own the end-to-end delivery of impactful projects
• Engage in performance optimization and scaling initiatives
• Lead high-leverage engineering projects
• Mentor and support team members in their success
• Synthesize customer feedback and technical knowledge into actionable engineering solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years in building scalable backends and interactive applications
• Expertise in full stack development of user-facing applications
• Strong backend experience with microservices and high-throughput systems
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project delivery history
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Redux, AWS
