For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end experiments that drive product growth
  • Ideate and formulate hypotheses in collaboration with Product and Design
  • Execute and analyze high-velocity experiments
  • Measure the impact of experiments and iterate based on results
  • Work cross-functionally to implement insights into product improvements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups
  • Expertise in frontend and backend development
  • Strong experience in the Build-Measure-Learn loop
  • Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
  • User-focused with an empathetic approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
