Staff Full-Stack Engineer, Growth

About the role

Scribe’s Product Growth team is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive high-impact experiments for our 5M+ users. This role involves partnering with an analytical and product-minded team to implement, measure, and scale experiments across various stages of the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-driven experiments to improve acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage
• Collaborate with Product and Design to scope experiments and ensure alignment with broader goals
• Build and deploy experiments using Scribe’s tech stack (Django, React, Mixpanel, Cursor)
• Analyze results and iteratively improve experiments based on data
• Work closely with other teams to integrate insights and drive product improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups
• Experience with both frontend and backend development
• Strong ability to design and run experiments at high velocity
• Proficiency in diving into data to inform product decisions
• A strong focus on user needs and empathy
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools and products
• Comfortable working with Scribe’s tech stack

Qualifications

• Experience working on a product growth team
• Experience building lead generation pipelines
• Experience in Martech
