Staff Full Stack Engineer (Frontend) - Time Products

Job Summary

Rippling is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join the Time Products team. This role is crucial for managing workforce systems globally and includes responsibilities for scheduling, time & attendance, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Write clean, scalable code while driving the architecture and technical design of critical products.
• Set the Bar for Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality software through technical leadership and collaboration.
• Lead Design & Architecture: Own and guide the technical design of new features, aligning them with the company’s long-term goals.
• Mentor & Elevate the Team: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other teams to prioritize and refine the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience using React, React Native, Python/Django or similar systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals with experience designing and optimizing complex systems at scale.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding the product, user experience, and design.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to solve problems using the right tools.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and identify and solve big, impactful problems.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and collaborating cross-functionally to build robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with React, React Native, Python/Django or similar systems.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and equity. The salary range for US-based employees is 180,000 - 315,000 USD per year, depending on location.
