For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join their team. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own the consistency and quality of core flag surfaces across teams
- Set agenda from customer evidence to create a convincing prioritized plan
- Manage LaunchPad design system components, ensuring adoption and migration
- Track and translate upstream library capabilities into product improvements
- Build interaction primitives for shared capabilities across workflows
- Prototype and implement patterns for hybrid human-agent workflows
- Ensure frontend performance meets the high standards of largest customers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise, owning a surface across multiple teams
- Proficient in TypeScript and React, with the ability to work across API boundaries
- Experience in owning and enforcing an adopted design system
- Strong product and UX judgment, capable of tracing user workflows end-to-end
- Proven track record of cross-team influence without formal authority
- A keen sense of judgment about leveraging limited resources for maximum impact
- Experience with data-dense enterprise product UI and performance optimization
Pay
$182,600 – $251,020 annually
