What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize incident resolution, defect fixes, and enhancement requests from business users
- Analyze business and system processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions
- Cook up day-day ITGC control requirement activities, serving as the primary operational contact and supporting execution in partnership with designated control owners and governance stakeholders
- Monitor Workday releases and assess impacts to current configurations and processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions and enhancements
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, HRIT, and IT teams to develop a cross-functional roadmap for system enhancements
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and system changes
- Oversee Workday security configurations and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
