Staff Engineer- Web (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Engineer- Web (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will provide technical leadership across multiple teams, helping shape scalable web experiences that support customer-facing digital commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong system-level thinking to architectural challenges, partner closely with architects, product, and engineering stakeholders, and help drive engineering effectiveness across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to influence technical direction, improve reliability, and scale solutions in a fast-moving environment.
