Remote Staff Engineer

Role Overview

Seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the development of intelligent, automated back-end systems for lead management, partner integration, and ad targeting infrastructure. You will design and implement scalable services using Elixir Phoenix LiveView, SQL, and AWS, collaborating with data science, product, and business teams to integrate predictive models and AI tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on production systems
• 3+ years of hands-on Elixir Phoenix LiveView experience
• Strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL in high-volume environments
• Experience deploying in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of data pipelines, back-end development, and system scalability
• Effective communicator with collaboration skills; bonus for JavaScript and Python experience
• Problem solver with a proactive, quality-focused mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Passionate about automation, AI, and continuous learning
