Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Support sellers in platform integration and co-sell developer platforms.
- Design and implement technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts and custom reports.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable integration strategies.
- Gather partner feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Create demos, presentations, and technical deep dives for diverse audiences.
- Communicate product updates and technical guidance internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles with enterprise merchants or global partners.
- Hands-on expertise with APIs, debugging integrations, and guiding developers.
- Full-stack development experience and proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience leading end-to-end technical projects in multicultural, distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings (10-20%).
