About the role
The Systems Engineer will execute multiple aspects of the systems engineering discipline, to include requirements decomposition into software/hardware functions and system integration and test activities to ensure system requirements closure. The system engineer will interact with the development teams, production teams, program leadership and customer regarding technical considerations and issue closure associated with our programs capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Interact with the development teams, production teams, program leadership and customer regarding technical considerations and issue closure associated with our programs capabilities.
- Based at our Tucson, AZ office, this is a non-supervisory, exempt, full-time position.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance.
- Develop detailed test plans and procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
- Aid in the development of requirements derivation, requirements traceability, systems integration & test, performance verification.
- Conduct system integration testing to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Document findings, generate test reports, and present results to stakeholders.
- Support test events at multiple test event sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into a cohesive system.
Qualifications
- Preferred degree background: Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience with a BS/BA, 7+ years with a MS/MA, 4+ years with a PhD.
Skills
- Jama for Requirements and Test Management.
- Ability to write scripts for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools like Agile, Scrum.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, ISO, ASME.
