Staff Engineer III – Structural (PE Required)

About the role

PACE Engineers, a Verdantas Company, is seeking an Engineering Staff III to join our Structural team. Our team provides structural evaluation, design, and construction phase services to private and public-sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Cook up multiple projects and collaborate with staff and sub-consultants.
• Handle client requests and needs.
• Apply technical knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Serve as a technical advisor to other staff.
• Review design and production deliverables to ensure industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.
• Mentor new engineers.
• Support proposal and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering
• 3 - 8 years of civil engineering experience
• Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Eight or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Concrete Design
• Steel Design

Pay

$100,000 - $131,300 (USD) Annually
