Job Summary
The Staff Engineer – Diesel Engine Platform (Power Systems) will provide technical direction and project leadership on the development of generator sets for Industrial and Mobile applications. Responsibilities include assisting in establishing product strategy and requirements, creating project timelines and budgets, and working with Product Management team to present proposals.

Qualifications
- Experience with thermodynamics, engines, static and dynamic stress analysis, and electrical theory
- Working knowledge of materials and components for high-quality, high-performance, and cost-effective generators
- Ability to research and apply new technology to designs
- Self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency toward project completion and a drive to maintain engineering excellence
- Willingness to work in a matrix environment and juggle multiple projects or tasks
